Our unique Plug and Play Policy is catered for South African’s young and small enterprise.  Where all machines that supplied by Alumach will be set to suit customers needs, with proper lining, template in place and all accessories been fitted. The only thing that you as the customer need to do is fit a PLUG and start PLAY.

For example:

If a customer ordered a ACRS100x300A, Single head copy router machine. The following information, parts and accessories will be included before the machine is ready for dispatch.

  1. 1 X Copy router plate-(customized to client’s hardware specs)
  2. 1 X 5mm-8mm single flute aluminum router bit (fitted on the machine)
  3. 1 X Easy to fit air fittings (fitted on the machine)
  4. 1 X 3 meter 8mm class 1 easy to fit air pipe (compatible with easy to fit air fittings)

All above mentioned accessories will be included and fitted upon dispatching.

It is very important to keep your machine service regularly and keep a record of it.

Like all other mechanical things, machine needs regular service, you can find a detail service steps on each and every product page on our web site. It is very easy to regulate the air, oil and other simple mechanical side of our machines. So, Do It Yourselves and save money and prevent unforeseen breakdown.

At Alumach, we have standard machine break down procedure:

When machine is not in the warranty period:

  1. Telephonic support
    • Our technical consultant will call you at our cost to guide you through the checking process to find the fault of the machine.
    • If the fault can not be found by yourself we will get an qualified electrical or mechanical technician which is closest to your area to come and check upon your machine client’s costs. For information on the costing factor, please e mail to info@alumach.co.za to get a formal quotation.
  2. On site service
    • If the fault cannot be found nor rectify by the technician, then we will come to your factory with necessary parts and tools to fix the machine ourselves but client bear the costs. For information on the costing factor, please e mail to info@alumach.co.za to get a formal quotation.

It is always a “BIG” question in every small to medium size aluminium windows and doors manufacture…should I manufacture my own sliding doors?

Unfortunately, there are no standard answer to this question but If you have “30+” sliding doors to sale or to install per month. It might be more profitable for you to start your own sliding doors producing facility.

This is the one million dollar question which every investor will ask…
It is depend on what is the ideal out put from your production line.

The investment value for a completed package ranging from R 150000.00 to R 220000.00 for start-up and samll to medium size production line and R 350000.00 to 550000.00 for a more advance production line which enable the manufacture to produce different type of windows and doors.

Think of machines like cars, all model are keep on changing and upgrading. Sometimes, new technology gets installed in the new machines.
It is important for us, your machine producer to ensure our customer gets the latest parts and tooling installed on the machines.

Always plan your production commencement time line and ensure your machine is new and fresh build for the purpose of a new production line.

Alumach will try to assist customer to arrange transportation from Cape town warehouse to all over South Africa and including surrounding countries.

All machine will be properly packaged and fit for long distance transportation.

Yes, all machine supply by Alumach comes with all necessary accessories. All machine delivered to you will be at plug and play condition!

All orders will only be a valid order if deposit is paid, payment received and confirmed. More details, please e mail info@alumach.co.za to find out.

The ordering takes 40-50 days for the brand new machine to arrive South Africa. Monthly order cut off day normally end on the 15th of the month. Where our Cape town warehouse take in all the valid order for the month and send it back to head office in China to have the machine produced.
